Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery date. Please email customerservice@studioninetwosix.com to begin the return process. We will not provide refunds for items sent back without prior authorization.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. 

REFUNDS

You will be notified once we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
